Welcome. The process of finding the right therapist can be daunting.  I created this site to give you some sense of who I am, what my interests are, and how I work. I love my work, and I’m always learning from my patients. It's a genuine honor to spend a significant amount of time with someone for the sole purpose of helping to activate their innate resilience and wisdom. Patients who have worked with me have described feeling a deepened connection to their authentic selves, an expanded capacity for intimacy, relief from old, stuck types of suffering, and a new sense of meaning and hope. 

The best way to feel out whether we might be a good fit is by having a conversation about what you’re looking for. I take time to ask those who’ve never had therapy what they’re imagining, hoping for, and worried about. And, for people with past therapy experience, we go over what worked well, what didn’t, and what they learned about their needs in a therapeutic relationship. Because therapy experiences can range from transformative to mediocre, it's worth it to take the time up front to find someone who's the right fit for you.

NOTE:  During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I am offering sessions only via phone and HIPAA-compliant video services.
